Below is a list of some of the rules we ask you to follow while visiting our haunted attraction.

Breaking of these rules may result in
your removal from the premises
and or the police being called and charges filed.

ENTER THIS ATTRACTION AT YOUR OWN RISK!

• Guests enter at their own risk and assume all risks, responsibilities & liabilities

• DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE OR ANYTHING

• Touching, hitting, or threatening of any of our actors or props will cause your removal from the haunted house

• Stay together! – DO NOT SPLIT FROM YOUR GROUP!

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult

• No weapons, alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the premises – Anyone appearing under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave and if refused, the police will be called

• No smoking or open flames allowed on the premises

• No food or beverages allowed inside

• No masks,bulky coats/costumes, or large bags allowed inside – Leave them in your car!

• No cell phones, flash lights, or any other light sources allowed inside

• No flash photography or video taping inside the haunt

• Large groups may be split into small groups – no more than 5 people per group

• No strollers or carrying of small children

• No running, pushing, or roughhousing inside

• Watch your step when walking through the haunt

• We are not responsible for any broken or lost items

• Any vandalism or intentional harm to property or body will result in fines &/or prosecution

• We reserve the right to deny anyone entry into the haunt for any reason

• This attraction is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with heart, back, seizure, or breathing problems, children under the age of 13, or WIMPS!

• We are not responsible for any lasting effects that may be experienced by anyone visiting our haunt

• By entering this establishment, you are giving consent to be filmed and/or photographed. You also give permission for those videos and/or photos to be reproduced and used by the establishment owners to promote this event. No videos and/or photos will be used inappropriately.
